WHAT IS THE INDIVIDUAL MEDITATION?

The Individual Meditation is a meditation method adjusted to the developmental needs of an individual person. This involves carrying out a time-limited mental exercise which improves the capability of most highly developed mental functions. Awareness, concentration, sharpness of mind, power of mind, creativity and a skillful mind are encouraged within the practicing pupil.


The Individual Meditation is neither a religion nor a "community" with underlying rigid rules of conduct or ideologies. In the Individual Meditation only functional rules exist. The first functional rule proves that as it reads: “There must be no dogma!”


By choosing and practicing the right meditation, we can empower ourselves to extend the moments of full awareness and thus to experience and achieve more. The result of this can be enormous: We can have more success and fun in life, as well as a significantly longer life!
